Return Policy

1. Seven-Day Inspection Period

In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a seven-day inspection period starting from the date the product is delivered (including weekends and public holidays).

Please note that the inspection period is not a trial period. Returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging, including:

  • Product item(s)
  • Original packaging
  • Tags and labels
  • Accessories
  • Free gifts
  • Invoice/receipt
  • Outer packaging box

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, altered, damaged, or returned with incomplete packaging.

This website only provides return services and does not offer exchanges.
If you wish to change the size, color, or style, please return the item first and place a new order separately.


2. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The received item does not match the order
  • The item has major defects or damage
  • The item was severely damaged during shipping
  • Missing accessories or incomplete contents

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact customer service within three days of delivery and provide photos for verification.


3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the seven-day inspection period
  • Products that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Products with pet hair, odors, stains, makeup, or other contamination
  • Removed tags or labels
  • Incomplete packaging, accessories, or free gifts
  • Altered, modified, or customized products
  • Special promotion items, clearance items, or FINAL SALE items
  • Custom-made products
  • Lost invoice/receipt
  • Damage caused by personal misuse

For hygiene and professional tool safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they have major defects:

  • Used grooming scissors
  • Used combs or brushes
  • Opened grooming tools
  • Undergarments or hygiene-related products

4. Return Procedure

Please contact customer service before sending back any return items.

Customer Service Information

Returned items must be shipped back within seven days after the return request is approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the return is due to a major product defect or an incorrect item sent by us, return shipping costs will be covered by our company.

Please ensure products are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Bank Transfer Refunds

Please provide your bank account information, including bank name, branch name, and account number. Refund processing may take approximately 7–14 business days.

Credit Card Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Actual refund posting times may vary depending on your card issuer.

Refund amounts do not include the original shipping fee or return shipping fee.


6. International Orders

Exchanges are not available for international orders.

For international returns, buyers are responsible for all international shipping fees, duties, and customs charges.

If the item has a major defect (non-human-caused), please contact customer service within three days of delivery for assistance.


7. Product & After-Sales Policy

Products sold on this website mainly consist of imported pet grooming apparel, grooming scissors, combs, brushes, and related professional grooming tools.

All products are sold without warranty coverage, and free repair services are not provided.

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, accidents, dropping, collision, self-disassembly, poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear after purchase.

Professional grooming tools such as scissors and combs are considered consumable professional products. Customers are advised to use and maintain them properly with appropriate professional knowledge and experience.

If a product arrives with a major defect or abnormal condition unrelated to shipping damage, please contact customer service within three days of delivery with photos for assistance.
